Saladin&#8217;s short fiction, essays, and poems have appeared in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/roomfordebate\/2015\/01\/10\/when-satire-cuts-both-ways\/in-unequal-an-world-mocking-all-serves-the-powerful\">The New York Times<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonglobe.com\/opinion\/editorials\/2016\/01\/11\/antidote-islamophobia\/aCpIUj5PPeLt9omgRFQTdK\/story.html\">The Boston Globe<\/a>, Slate,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salon.com\/2012\/04\/01\/is_game_of_thrones_too_white\/\"> Salon<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buzzfeednews.com\/article\/saladinahmed\/how-the-comics-code-killed-the-golden-age-of-comics\">BuzzFeed<\/a>. <strong>Currently he is writing MILES MORALES: SPIDER-MAN and THE MAGNIFICENT MS. MARVEL. <\/strong>More recently he has focused on comics, winning the Eisner Award for Best New Series for <em>Black Bolt<\/em>, and penning the critically-acclaimed <em>Exiles<\/em> and <em>Quicksilver: No Surrender<\/em> for Marvel Comics.
